Below are some guidelines to follow for the best quality picture.

TIPS: 
1) Your 2 images should be full face, on an angle, allowing the view of the whole brow (tail and head visible, no cropped images). 
2) Back camera has better quality (low quality images cannot be used). Ask someone to take your image if your front camera images are coming out blurry.
3) Keep camera at eye level.
4) Use daylight, near a window or office light and ensure there is no cast shadow on your face (cast shadow images cannot be used). 

5) Check your image for clarity, angle and lighting before sending.
