Shirin Farsad owns this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes and ensure you are aware of our Term and Conditions.
Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
SECTION 3 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service. Treatment results will vary for each client depending on their skin type. Healed results depend 70% on the client's before/aftercare and lifestyle.
SECTION 4 - REFUND POLICY UNDER CONSUMER LAW RIGHTS
Our services are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Full payments are non-refundable.
We take necessary steps to ensure you are 100% sure before you book a treatment via your consultation.
Cosmetic procedures and skin penetration treatments can be complicated and may pose significant risks to your health and wellbeing. All risks are explained prior to each procedure and clients take on the risks automatically once payments are finalised, the consultation has been concluded, and your signature has been obtained.
Choosing to have any skin penetration is a significant decision that should not be made without thorough research into the procedure, the facility, the provider and every aspect of the health risks involved.

The provided text outlines the terms and conditions for clients undergoing skin penetration treatments. As a legal document, the key points are as follows:

Client Responsibility: Clients are required to adhere to proper before and aftercare protocols to maintain the sanitation of open wounds. Any failure to do so may result in adverse effects and potential complications.

No Refund Policy: Once payment has been made for skin penetration services, clients consent to a no-refund policy. This is due to the inherent risks associated with such treatments. The client acknowledges and accepts responsibility, that 70% of the healed outcome depends on the before/aftercare, upon entering into the agreement.

Acknowledgment of Risks: Clients recognise that all skin penetration treatments involve inherent risks, including infection, cold sores, allergic reactions, breakouts, hyper-pigmentation, scarring, and other potential adverse effects. The success of the treatment and healed results are contingent upon strict adherence to before and aftercare instructions.

Assumption of Risk: Clients assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with the treatment. This includes the obligation to comply with all care instructions and legal standards pursuant to NSW Health and Consumer Rights laws.

Disclosure of Medical Information: Clients must provide complete and accurate medical information, including a doctor's letter if applicable, for any medical conditions that could impact the treatment. Failure to disclose such information may result in termination of the treatment.

Obligation to Seek Medical Attention: Clients must seek immediate medical attention at the first sign of infection, cold sore, or any other abnormal healing response. Failure to consult a medical professional within 24 hours will be construed as non-emergent and contrary to the beautician’s advice.

Consent and Legal Compliance: Clients sign a consent form confirming their understanding and acceptance of all risks associated with the treatment. This includes compliance with Consumer Laws in NSW and acknowledgment of the limitations on recourse in the event the service or product does not yield the desired result.
SECTION 5 - BOOKING POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time, for any reason.
You may have another person take your appointment, made aware to us with a 48hrs notice period or transfer the booking fee to another service.
Each client has the choice to reschedule a max of 2 times in a row, with 48hrs notice, a re-booking fee will apply for the 3rd appointment.
THE FOLLOWING WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
Not allowing 48hrs for rescheduled appointments.
In the case that before care is not followed correctly and we must reschedule.
You arrive more than 20min late, as this moves into the next persons appointment and your appointment is automatically cancelled.
PROMOTIONS
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Promotions must be redeemed within 3 months from date of purchase.
PACKAGES
If you pre-pay for treatments, you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays, and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.
Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18-month expiry date (10 or more treatments).
48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48hrs, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
This refund policy applies, and you agree to be bound by these conditions, when purchasing pre-paid treatments including packages for multiple treatments.
SECTION - COVID RULES
Only under special circumstances of having Covid symptoms, may your deposit NOT be forfeited for cancellations without 48hrs notice. However, for your appointment to be rescheduled without a cancellation fee, you will be required to show us your test results taken within 48hrs of your appointment and sent to us. If a client does not notify us of the cancelation prior to the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
These terms and conditions serve to protect both the client and the service provider and should be read carefully before undergoing any skin penetration treatments.
Our policy is firm and not negotiable. Thank you for understanding that we have these policies in place to protect the sustainability of our business.
